Gabrielle Grode is a Research Associate at the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity at Yale University. She earned her BA in Psychology from Tufts University and a Masters in Public Health from Temple University. Prior to joining the Rudd Center, Gabrielle worked at the Norwalk Health Department, developing and implementing childhood obesity prevention programs. She has also held positions at The Food Trust, where she worked on a campaign to improve corner store purchases, and at the Philadelphia Health Management Corporation, where she conducted needs assessments and program evaluations. Gabrielle’s research interests include obesity prevention in school and community settings and in the intersection of the built environment and health.
